摘要
事业单位具有的特殊性质决定了其内部工作的特殊性和复杂性,要做好事业单位管理工作,人力资源管理是重中之重。论文以人力资源管理工作的创新发展为研究对象,首先阐述了做好人力资源管理对事业单位发展的重要意义,随后探讨了当前在实际工作中存在的主要问题,最后根据这些问题提出了创新发展建议,以期推动我国事业单位实现健康发展,使其更好地为社会发展服务。
The special nature of public institutions determines the particularity and complexity of their internal work.In order to do a good job in the management work of public institutions,human resources management is the top priority.Taking the innovative development of human resources management work as the research object,this paper firstly expounds the significance of doing a good job in human resources management for the development of public institutions,then discusses the current main problems existing in the actual work,and finally puts forward some suggestions for innovative development according to these problems,so as to promote the healthy development of public institutions in China,so that they can better serve social development.
