Opportunities and Challenges for the Development of China's Green Bond Market Led by the Vision of Carbon Neutrality

在碳达峰、碳中和愿景的指引下,为完成"30·60"目标,我国经济需要向绿色低碳、可持续化发展转型。这为我国绿色金融市场、绿色债券市场的发展提供了巨大的机遇,同时也带来了许多挑战。我国绿色债券市场以自上而下的方式发展,目前存在发行人积极性不高、投资环境尚不成熟的问题,并且两者之间存在内生性。我国绿色债券市场在完善政策制度、完善激励政策、营造投资环境方面仍有提升空间。

Under the guidance of the vision of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,in order to achieve the goal of"30·60",China's economy needs to transition to green,low-carbon and sustainable development.This provides great opportunities for the development of China's green financial market and green bond market,but also brings many challenges.China's green bond market develops in a top-down way.At present,there are some existing problems,such as low enthusiasm of issuers,immature investment environment.And there is endogeneity between them.China's green bond market still has space for improvement in improving policy system,improving incentive policy and creating investment environment.
