摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,房地产建设项目不断增多,建筑业得到了长足的发展,与此同时也带动了与建筑业相关的其他产业的崛起,其中就包括房地产评估业。在进行房地产交易、投资等的过程中,需要对相应的财产价值做出真实、客观的评估,一般来说是由第三方专门的房地产评估机构来执行相关的工作。但是由于我国房地产评估工作的起步和发展比较晚,在评估工作执行的过程中存在一些常规的问题,一定程度上影响和制约了房地产业的健康和稳定发展。因此,论文就针对这些常规问题加以分析,基于问题提出应对之策,以供参考。 With the development of China's social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the number of real estate construction projects is increasing,and the construction industry has been greatly developed.At the same time,it also drives the rise of other industries related to the construction industry,including the real estate appraisal industry.In the process of real estate transaction and investment,it is necessary to make a real and objective evaluation of the corresponding property value.Generally speaking,the relevant work is carried out by a third-party special real estate evaluation agency.However,due to the late start and development of China's real estate evaluation,there are some conventional problems in the implementation of the evaluation,which affect and restrict the healthy and stable development of the real estate industry to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper analyzes these conventional problems and puts forward some countermeasures,for reference.
