摘要
资源型城市经济转型是我国经济转型的重点,经济转型可以为传统资源型城市带来新的发展机遇,但也面临着劳动力失业和再就业问题,需要进行妥善分析。资源型城市经济转型中再就业通常面临着需要解决的就业人口量较多、岗位严重不足、劳动力素质适应性差等问题。为解决上述问题,城市在发展中应该注重对再就业制度的完善、产业结构的调整、劳动力市场的优化以及劳动力素质的提升和改善,通过再就业措施和途径的优化与改进,切实解决经济转型中再就业的问题。
The economic transformation of resource-based cities is the focus of China's economic transformation.Economic transformation can bring new development opportunities for traditional resource-based cities,but it also faces the problems of labor unemployment and reemployment problem,which need to be properly analyzed.In the economic transformation of resource-based cities,reemployment usually faces many problems,such as large number of employed population,serious shortage of jobs,poor adaptability of labor quality and so on.In order to solve the above problems,cities should pay attention to the improvement of reemployment system,the adjustment of industrial structure,the optimization of labor market and the improvement of labor quality.Through the optimization and improvement of reemployment measures and ways,we can effectively solve the problem of reemployment in economic transformation.
