Digital Transformation Strategy of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Under Major Health Events

中小企业是国民经济的重要部分,受重大卫生事件的影响,中小企业业绩大幅度下滑。重大卫生事件下中小企业实现数字化转型是保证其能够长远发展的关键途径,但大部分中小企业在数字化转型过程中面临困境。论文为中小企业提出数字化转型策略,助力企业数字化转型,对推动我国数字经济发展具有重要的现实意义。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy,affected by major health events,the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises declined significantly.Digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is a key way to ensure their long-term development under major health events,but most of them are faced with difficulties in the process of digital transformation.This paper proposes digital transformation strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises to help enterprises with digital transformation,which has important practical significance for promoting the development of China's digital economy.
