Common Quality Defects and Control Paths in the Construction of Intelligent Building Engineering

对于建筑智能化工程来说,施工质量必须要得到高度重视,严格控制施工质量,是实现建筑智能化的基础保障。现阶段,我国建筑行业智能化的发展还不是很完善,不可避免地会出现一些质量通病,对我国建筑智能化的发展非常不利。论文主要分析了建筑智能化工程施工中出现的质量通病,并提出了相应的控制质量的路径措施,在确保建筑工程施工质量的同时,为人们提供一个舒适、智能、高效的生产空间与生活环境。

For intelligent building projects,construction quality must be highly valued.Strict control of construction quality is the basic guarantee for the realization of intelligent building.At this stage,the intelligent development of China's construction industry is not perfect,and some common quality problems will inevitably appear,which are very unfavorable to the development of our country's intelligent construction.This paper mainly analyzes the common quality problems in the construction of intelligent building engineering,and puts forward the corresponding quality control measures,so as to provide people with a comfortable,intelligent and efficient production space and life while ensuring the quality of the building engineering construction.
