摘要
天然气中,在硫含量压力条件和温度超标的情况下,都会形成硫沉积现象,在元素硫大量沉积的背景下,会直接造成流体通道堵塞问题,会直接发生采输系统严重腐蚀现象。为解决这种问题,需要通过电化学极化测试方法,全面开展碳钢腐蚀性能实验,对元素硫进行现场的沉积方式模拟,通过这种方法才能发挥出全部的碳钢腐蚀性实验效果,同时也能针对现场产生的沉积方式进行模拟,降低对碳钢腐蚀性能产生的影响。
In natural gas,when the sulfur content pressure condition and temperature exceed the standard,the sulfur deposition phenomenon will be formed.Under the background of a large amount of elemental sulfur deposition,the fluid channel blockage will be directly caused,and the serious corrosion phenomenon of the production and transportation system will directly occur.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to carry out corrosion test of carbon steel by means of electrochemical polarization test,and simulate the deposition mode of elemental sulfur in situ.Only in this way can we give full play to the corrosion test effect of carbon steel,and at the same time,we can also simulate the deposition mode generated in the field to reduce the influence on the corrosion performance of carbon steel.
