臭氧注射联合针刺治疗盘源性腰痛患者JOA、VAS评分的临床研究

Clinical study on JOA and VAS scores of patients with discogenic low back pain treated by ozone injection combined with acupuncture

目的:探讨臭氧注射联合针刺治疗盘源性腰痛患者JOA、VAS评分的临床研究。方法:选取2018年11月至2020年11月期间我院接受的66例盘源性腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组(n=33例)和对照组(n=33例),对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用臭氧注射联合针刺治疗,治疗后,对患者的临床治疗效果进行评估,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分以及治疗有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于患有盘源性腰痛患者采取臭氧注射联合针刺治疗能够降低临床疼痛指标,促进腰椎功能恢复,能够提高治疗效果,促进恢复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical study of JOA and VAS scores in patients with discogenic low back pain treated by ozone injection combined with acupuncture.Methods:A total of 66 patients with discogenic low back and leg pain accepted in the hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=33 cases)and control group(n=33 cases),the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with ozone injection combined with acupuncture.After treatment,the clinical treatment effects of the patients were evaluated,and the clinical symptoms scores before and after treatment and the treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:For patients with discogenic low back pain,ozone injection combined with acupuncture can reduce clinical pain indicators,promote the recovery of lumbar spine function,and improve the therapeutic effect and promote recovery.
