手术室护理路径对腹腔镜手术护理效果的影响研究

Study on the influence of operating room nursing path on the nursing effect of laparoscopic surgery

目的:研究手术室护理路径对腹腔镜手术护理效果的影响。方法:选择自2018年10月至2019年10月期间在我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者平均分为两组。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者应用手术室护理路径,对比分析两组临床护理效果。结果:实验组SAS及SDS评分均较优,对照组与之相比均较差,组间数据对比发现(P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义;实验组并发症发生率远低于对照组,组间数据差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意率相对较高,对照组较低(P<0.05),组间差异具备统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜手术患者应用手术室护理路径,可以提高临床护理效果并能够减少并发症发生,患者满意度较高,具有推广和使用价值。

Objective:To study the effect of nursing pathway in operating room on nursing effect of laparoscopic surgery.Methods:60 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given operating room nursing path,and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was much lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was relatively higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:the application of operating room nursing pathway in patients with laparoscopic surgery can improve the clinical nursing effect and reduce the occurrence of complications,with high patient satisfaction,which has the value of promotion and use.
