The research progress of the relationship between microRNA and cervical cancer

宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害女性生命健康。MicroRNA是一类内源性的非编码小分子RNA,参与细胞增殖、凋亡、分化等生物过程,在肿瘤中起着“抑癌”或“促癌”作用。MicroRNA在宫颈癌的发生发展、侵袭、转移和复发中起着重要的作用。在分子水平上研究肿瘤与MicroRNA相关性成为目前的研究热点。MicroRNA有望成为宫颈癌诊断的新标记物和治疗的新靶点。

Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women,which seriously endangers women’s life and health.MicroRNA is a kind of endogenous noncoding microRNA,which is involved in cell proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation and other biological processes,and plays an“tumor suppressor”or“cancer promoting”role in tumor.MicroRNA plays an important role in the development,invasion,metastasis and recurrence of cervical cancer.At the molecular level,the research on the correlation between tumor and microRNA has become a hot topic.MicroRNA is expected to be a new marker for cervical cancer diagnosis and a new target for treatment.
