综合护理干预在结核病专科门诊结核菌素试验中的应用效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on tuberculin test in tuberculosis clinic

目的:探讨综合护理干预在结核病专科门诊结核菌素试验中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2020年12月我院结核病专科门诊行结核菌素试验的362例患者为研究对象,按门诊就诊卡尾号的单、双分为观察组(n=182)和对照组(n=180),两组患者均行常规护理,观察组患者增加综合护理干预。比较两组患者试验认知、观察结果依从性、疼痛程度及满意度。结果:干预后,观察组患者的试验认知、观察结果依从率、无痛率、满意率分别为(92.65±7.11)分、91.75%、90.65%、98.90%均显著高于对照组(75.32±9.05)分、67.22%、65.55%、91.66%,差异均有统计学意义(t或χ^(2)=11.173,33.499,42.671,10.583;P<0.001)。结论:综合护理干预较常规护理提高结核菌素试验患者的试验认知和观察结果依从性,提高对医疗护理工作满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in tuberculin test in tuberculosis clinic.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,362 patients with tuberculosis in our hospital were selected as the subjects,divided into observation group(n=182)and control group(n=180),Both groups were given routine nursing care,and the observation group increased comprehensive nursing intervention.The experimental cognition,observation compliance,pain degree and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,Experimental cognition,compliance rate,painless rate and satisfaction rate were(92.65±7.11),91.75%,90.65%,98.90%,respectively,The difference was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.32±9.05),67.22%,65.55%,91.66%,and the difference was statistically significant(t or χ^(2)=11.173,33.499,42.671,10.583;P<0.001).Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing intervention improved the experimental cognition and observation compliance of tuberculin test patients compared with routine nursing,Improve the satisfaction of medical and nursing work.
