自制大便收集器在大便失禁患者中的应用

Application of self-made stool collector in patients with fecal incontinence

目的:探讨自制大便收集器在大便失禁患者中的应用效果。方法:纳入肛周皮肤完整的大便失禁患者132例,随机分为两组,每组各66例,对照组采用一件式造口袋(康乐保)收集大便,试验组采用自制大便收集器。观察两组患者大便收集效果、IAD发生的时间、损伤面积及肛周皮肤损伤发生情况。结果:IAD发生时间迟于对照组(t值=5.70),差异有统计学意义,损伤面积小于对照组,(t值=5.94),差异有统计学意义,IAD发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)值=35.769),差异有统计学意义。结论:自制大便收集器能有效预防大便失禁患者IAD的发生,减轻患者疼痛,促进病情康复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of self-made stool collector in patients with fecal incontinence.Methods:132 fecal incontinence patients with complete perianal skin were included and randomly divided into two groups,66 cases in each group。The control group used a one-piece ostomy bag(coloplast)to collect stool,while the experimental group used a self-made stool collector.The effect of stool collection,the occurrence time of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis,the injury area and the incidence of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis were observed.Results:The happening time of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis was later than that of the control group[(3.30±0.14)d ratio vs(1.07±0.82)d,t=5.70],the area of injury was smaller than that of the control group[(3.571.87)cm^(2) vs(6.851.84)cm^(2),t=5.94],the incidence of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis was lower than that of the control group[30%(20/66)vs81%(54/66),X^(2)=].Conclusions:the self-made stool collector can effectively prevent the occurrence of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis with fecal incontinence,alleviate the pain of patients and promote the recovery of the disease.
