The Scientific Connotation of the Red Doctors Spirit and Its Time Value to the Ideological and Political Education of College Students

在新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党领导根据地军民在经济文化落后的背景下,积极开展医疗卫生实践,从而孕育了以“政治坚定、技术优良、无私奉献、救死扶伤、艰苦奋斗、勇于开创”的红医精神。其中,政治坚定是红医精神的思想灵魂;技术优良是其目标追求;无私奉献是其本质特征;救死扶伤是其价值追求;艰苦奋斗是其重要支柱;勇于开创是其成功法宝。新时代把红医精神融入大学生思想政治教育可以铸牢大学生理想信念的基础、培养大学生精益求精的追求、锤炼大学生艰苦奋斗的品质以及滋养大学生的人文主义精神。

During the period of the new democratic revolution,under the background of backward economy and culture,the Communist Party of China actively carried out medical and health practice in the base areas,which gave birth to the red doctors spirit of“political firmness,excellent technology,selfless dedication,life-saving,arduous struggle and courage to create”.Among them,political firmness is the ideological soul of red doctors spirit;Excellent technology is its goal;Selfless dedication is its essential feature;Rescuing the wounded is its value pursuit;Arduous struggle is its important pillar;The magic weapon of its success is to have the courage to create.In the new era,integrating the red doctors spirit into the ideological and political education of college students can solidify the foundation of college students’ideals and beliefs,cultivate their pursuit of excellence,temper their quality of hard work and nourish their humanistic spirit.
