破乳絮凝一体化体系的制备及性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决含油污水对环境的污染问题,以3-丁烯醇为起始剂,用环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主要原料,先在高温高压条件下成功合成中间体聚醚破乳剂(PEO-PPO-PEO),中间体再与DMC发生嵌段聚合反应,合成破乳絮凝剂(PEO-PPO-PEO-PDMC),并通过FTIR、SEM、化学滴定法和粒径分析对其结构进行了表征,并进行了油水分离测试.结果表明:聚醚破乳剂的分子量为2922,说明有破乳功能,破乳絮凝剂的RSN为12.8,有很好的亲水性;随着破乳絮凝剂浓度升高,浊点逐渐下降;最后通过破乳絮凝实验,破乳絮凝剂可以很好地实现油水分离. In order to solve the pollution problem of oily wastewater to the environment.3-butanol was used as initiator,ethylene oxide(EO),propylene oxide(PO)and methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC)were used as main raw materials.The intermediate polyether demulsifier(PEO-PPO-PEO)was successfully synthesized under high temperature and high pressure.The demulsifying flocculant(PEO-PPO-PEO-PDMC)was synthesized by block polymerization of the intermediate and DMC.The structure was characterized by FTIR,SEM,chemical titration and particle size analysis,and the oil-water separation test was carried out.The results showed that the molecular weight of polyether demulsifier is 2922,which has demulsification function.The RSN of demulsifying flocculant is 12.8,which has good hydrophilicity.With the increase of demulsifying flocculant concentration,cloud point decreased gradually.Finally,through the demulsification flocculation experiment,it is concluded that the demulsification flocculant can achieve good oil-water separation.
