摘要
以H7006C角接触球轴承为研究对象,通过ADAMS多体动力学软件建立考虑润滑作用下的轴承刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,分析了内圈转速、轴向载荷和径向载荷对轴承打滑特性的影响,结果表明:保持架打滑率随转速的增大而增加,随轴向载荷和径向载荷的增大而减小,且轴向载荷对保持架打滑率的影响更为显著。
Taking H7006C angular contact ball bearing as a research object,a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics model of the bearing under the effect of lubrication is established through ADAMS multi-body dynamics software,and the effects of rotational speed of inner ring,axial load and radial load on slip characteristics of the bearing are analyzed.The results show that the slip rate of cage increases with the increase of rotational speed,and decreases with the increase of axial load and radial load,and the effect of axial load on slip rate of cage is more significant.
