摘要
根据某机场钢屋盖树形柱状向心关节轴承节点的设计要求,提出通过Isight优化设计平台,集成参数化建模设计与有限元技术,选取节点部件主要结构参数为设计变量,以各部件承载最大应力值为响应函数,对多种设计方案进行自动数值模拟与分析,得到最优设计方案。并采用足尺试验对设计方案进行验证,与有限元结果一致,说明了优化设计方案的正确性。
According to design requirements of tree-shaped cylindrical radial spherical plain bearing joint of an airport steel roof,it is proposed to optimize the design platform through Isight,which integrates parametric modeling design and finite element technology.The main structural parameters of the joint components are selected as design variables,the maximum stress value of each component is taken as response function,and automatic numerical simulation and analysis of various design schemes are performed to obtain optimal design scheme.The full-scale test is used to verify the design scheme,which is consistent with finite element results,indicating the correctness of optimal design scheme.
