Let G be a graph.The Kirchhoff index of graph G is defined as the sum of the resistance distance between all the vertex pairs in graph G.In this paper,the formula for calculating the expected value of Kirchhoff index of random polymino domino chain is given,and the extreme value of the expected value of Kirchhoff index of random polymino domino chain is characterized.
