曲札茋苷对肾病综合征大鼠的治疗作用及机制 被引量:4

Therapeutical Effect of Piceatannol-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside on Rats with Nephrotic Syndrome and Its Mechanism

摘要 为探究曲札茋苷对肾病综合征大鼠的保护作用,选用健康的雄性SD大鼠,通过单次注射盐酸多柔比星诱导肾病综合征大鼠模型,检测大鼠尿蛋白含量和血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿素氮、血肌酐的含量;通过透射电镜观察肾组织超微结构的病理变化;检测肾组织HMGB1、Desmin和Nephrin的表达和血清中IL-6和IL-8的含量。结果表明,曲札茋苷对肾病综合征大鼠蛋白尿有良好的缓解作用,并对大鼠血生化指标和肾功能明显改善,减轻肾小球病理变化,降低炎症因子的释放。曲札茋苷对于肾病综合征的良好的治疗作用,可能与其抗炎作用有着密切关系。 In order to explore the therapeutic effect of piceatannol-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside on nephrotic syndrome(NS)rats,healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats are selected and NS model is established by a single tail vein injection of doxorubicin.The 24 h urine protein,serum total protein,albumin,triglyceride,total cholesterol,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine are measured,and the ultramicrostructure of kidney is observed by transmission electron microscope.The expression of HMGB1,Desmin and Nephrin in renal tissue and the content of serum interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 are measured.The results show that piceatannol-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside has alleviating effect on proteinuria in NS rats,and can improve blood biochemical parameters and renal function.After treated by piceatannol-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,the pathological changes of glomerulus lessen,and the release of inflammatory cytokines reduces.This indicates that piceatannol-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside has significant therapeutical effects on the NS,which may be related to its anti-inflammatory effect.
