高校附属医院医务工作者临床研究培训需求及课程设置分析

Analysis of Clinical Research Training Needs and Curriculum Provision for Medical Staffs in Affiliated Hospitals of Colleges and Universities

目的了解医务工作者的临床研究能力现状、培训需求及课程设置需求,便于针对性地开展临床研究培训,提升医务人员的临床研究水平。方法以河南省高校附属医院的临床医务工作者为调查对象,于2018年8—12月通过问卷调查医务工作者对临床研究培训的需求、临床研究难点以及临床研究培训课程设置等情况。结果共收到有效问卷244份。对临床研究培训非常迫切或比较迫切的医务工作者占比超过80.00%。医务工作者面临的主要科研问题为课题设计专业知识和技能不足(86.07%)、统计分析方法的选择(73.36%)。对观察性研究和临床试验研究设计、文献检索及EndNote管理和常用的统计分析方法、患者队列研究/人群队列研究/横断面研究/随机对照试验研究实例等课程比较感兴趣的医务工作者分别占89.34%、75.82%、75.41%。41.39%的医务人员希望单次培训时长1~2 h为宜。210名(86.07%)医务人员赞成分期举办培训课程。58.20%的医务人员认为应该在工作日下午上班时间进行培训。结论医务人员对科研试验设计、流行病学原理和方法、文献检索和管理、统计分析方法等方面的临床研究培训课程内容感兴趣。

Objective To understand the current situation of clinical research ability,training needs and curriculum setting needs of medical staffs,so as to carry out clinical research training and improve the clinical research level of medical staffs.Methods The clinical medical staffs in the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities in Henan Province were selected as the survey objects.From August to December in 2018,questionnaires were conducted to investigate the needs of medical staffs for clinical research and training,the difficulties in clinical research and the setting of clinical research and training courses.Results A total of 244 valid questionnaires were received.More than 80.00%of medical staffs were very or relatively urgent for clinical research training.The main scientific research problems faced by medical staffs were the lack of professional knowledge and skills(86.07%)and the choice of statistical analysis methods(73.36%).The medical staffs who were interested in the courses such as observational studies and clinical trial research design accounted for 89.34%.There were 75.82%of medical staffs interested in the course about literature retrieval,EndNote management and commonly used statistical analysis methods.The medical staffs who were interested in the courses about patient cohort studies,population cohort studies,cross-sectional studies and randomized controlled trials accounted for 75.41%.There were 41.39%of medical staffs hoped that 1 to 2 hours of training was appropriate for each training session.Two hundred and ten medical staffs agreed to hold training courses by stages,which accounted for 86.07%.There were 58.20%of medical personnel supported that training should be conducted during working hours on weekday afternoons.Conclusion The medical staffs are interested in the content of clinical research training courses in research design,epidemiological principles and methods,literature retrieval and management,statistical analysis methods.
