摘要
目的分析早期营养支持治疗联合护理干预对女性食管癌患者营养水平的影响。方法选取2020年1~10月我院收治的120例女性食管癌患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用早期营养支持治疗联合护理干预,比较两组患者护理后白蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白水平。结果护理后,观察组白蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对女性食管癌患者给予早期营养支持治疗联合护理干预,可改善蛋白水平,提高患者的营养水平,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of early nutritional support therapy combined with nursing intervention on the nutritional level of female patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 120 cases of female patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from January to October 2020 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early nutritional support treatment combined with nursing intervention.The levels of albumin,prealbumin and total protein were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the levels of albumin,prealbumin and total protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutrition support treatment combined with nursing intervention for female patients with esophageal cancer can improve the protein levels and improve the nutritional level of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
