摘要
近年来,食品小作坊随着经济社会的发展而发展,逐步成为我国食品工业体系的有益补充,在实施乡村振兴战略、维护社会和谐稳定等方面也发挥了积极作用,但是门槛低、分布广、流动性大、风险管控难等监管难题逐步凸显,成为当前食品安全工作的重点和难点。文中立足察实情、研对策、解难题,对近年来福建省食品小作坊监管工作情况进行梳理汇总,并提出对策建议,期望抛砖引玉,推动食品小作坊产业健康发展。
In recent years,advancing with the economic and social development,small food workshops have gradually become a useful supplement to China’s food industry system.They have also played an active role in implementing rural revitalization strategies and maintaining social harmony and stability.However,regulatory problems such as low thresholds,wide distribution,high liquidity,and risk control difficulties have gradually become prominent,becoming the focus and difficulty of current food safety work.Based on the facts,researching countermeasures,and solving problems,the article summarizes the supervision work of small food workshops in Fujian Province in recent years,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to promote the healthy development of the small food workshop industry.
