摘要
文中通过宏观检查并结合气密性试验、抽真空试验、理化检验等试验方法对一台空气冷却器液氨泄露原因进行分析。结果表明:该空气冷却器内部光管存在套管现象(光管内套细管),液氨泄露点具体位于细管一端的焊接接头处。此处位置的金相组织,在多次焊接作用下,局部晶界加宽、相连;在长期工作压力作用下,晶界进一步加宽、相通,造成本次微小泄漏发生。
The leakage cause of liquid ammonia in an air cooler was analyzed by macroscopic inspection combined with air tightness test,vacuum test,physical and chemical test and other test methods.The results show that there was a casing phenomenon in the internal light pipe of the air cooler(the thin tube inside the light pipe),and the liquid ammonia leak point was located at the welded joint at one end of the thin tube.Under the action of multiple welding,the local grain boundaries of the metallographic structure are widened and connected;under the action of long-term working pressure,the grain boundaries are further widened and connected,resulting in this tiny leakage.
