摘要
针对异步电梯防止轿厢意外移动的保护装置(UCMP)运行可靠性不足的问题,介绍了常用异步电梯UCMP系统的构成及工作原理,以一种常见的UCMP检测电路为原型详细分析该含有电子元件安全电路的实现原理,指出系统中存在的缺陷,最后给出具体的改进措施。文中给出的错时通断触发制动元件的方法能够有效提高异步电梯UCMP系统的运行可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient reliability of the unintended car movement protection device(UCMP)for asynchronous elevator,this paper introduces the structure and working principle of the UCMP system in the asynchronous elevator.Taking a common UCMP detection circuit as the prototype,this paper analyzes the realization principle of the safe circuit containing electronic components in detail,points out the defect in the system,and gives the concrete improvement measures.The method of triggering the brake by time staggered on-off can effectively improve the operation reliability of the asynchronous elevator UCMP system.
