摘要
北京地铁19号线牛街站,为4导洞PBA洞桩法暗挖车站,围护桩采用洞内机械成孔桩施工工艺,文章阐述了车站周边环境及砂卵石地层、孔口坍塌情况,分析了孔口坍塌原因,提出了机械成孔桩施工过程中坍塌处理措施,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Niujie Station of Beijing Subway Line No.19 belongs to 4 pilot tunnel PBA cavern-pile method underground excavation station.Mechanical pore-forming pile construction technology in the hole is adopted for fender piles.The surrounding environment of the station,sandy pebble stratum and the orifice collapse situation are described in the paper.The reason of the orifice collapse is analyzed.The mechanical pore-forming pile collapse treatment measures in the construction process are proposed,thereby providing reference for similar projects.
