摘要
玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维可在混凝土中产生互补和协同作用,大幅提升混凝土性能。文章通过试验研究的方法,探讨了玄武岩聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗氯盐侵蚀性能。从试验结果来看,纤维混掺有助于提高混凝土的抗氯盐侵蚀性能,而玄武岩纤维掺量0.15%、聚丙烯纤维掺量0.5%的混杂纤维混凝土抗氯盐侵蚀性能最佳,建议在工程设计和施工中采用。
Basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber can produce complementary and synergistic effects in concrete,thereby improving the performance of concrete greatly.The chlorine salt corrosion resistance performance of basalt-polypropylene fiber concrete is discussed through the experimental research method in the paper.The fiber mixing is helpful to improve the chloride salt corrosion resistance performance of concrete,and the chloride salt corrosion resistance performance of the mixed fiber concrete is the best with basalt fiber content of 0.15%and polypropylene fiber content of 0.5%according to the test results,which is suggested to be used in project design and construction.
