快递业绿色包装的多维困境及其优化路径

快递物流业是国民经济的重要部分,其在促进经济发展的同时也带来了资源过度消耗、包装不可降解物增多等环境问题。因此,推动快递业绿色包装亟须提上日程。虽然目前我国出台了系列政策法规推动快递包装绿色化发展,也取得了一定的成效,但快递包装绿色化依旧面临着政府监管不到位、包装不经济、回收系统不完善等困境。本文通过完善快递绿色包装的法律制度、健全绿色包装的标准体系、加大绿色技术和产品的供给、优化快递包装物回收利用系统等多方共治方式,借以突破快递包装绿色发展的多维困境,助力快递业绿色包装的高质量发展。

Express logistics industry is an important part of the national economy, which not only promotes the economic development, but also brings environmental problems such as excessive consumption of resources and the increase of non-degradable packaging materials.Therefore, the promotion of green packaging in express industry needs to catch up with the schedule.Although China has issued a series of policies and regulations to promote the green development of express packaging, it has also achieved certain results, but the green express packaging is still facing difficulties such as government supervision is not in place, excessive packaging, imperfect recycling system and so on.Through improving the legal system of express green packaging, improving the standard system of green packaging, strengthening the multi-party co-governance of green development of express delivery, increasing the supply of green technology and products, optimizing the recycling system of express packaging, this paper aims to break the multi-dimensional dilemma of green development of express packaging and help the high-quality development of green packaging in express industry.
