上海市餐厨垃圾收运补贴研究

Research on the subsidy of food waste collection and transportation in Shanghai

针对上海市餐厨垃圾收运和处理补贴政策滞后可能导致相关企业的经营绩效与市场经济发展不匹配,进而影响餐厨垃圾资源化处理市场的健康发展等问题,本文调研了上海18家餐厨垃圾收运公司,通过分析上海市典型餐厨垃圾收运单位目前运营情况,核算收运单位运营成本,并参考目前收运补贴政策和管理办法,提出上海市餐厨垃圾收运和处置补贴方案建议,为上海市餐厨垃圾补贴政策的调整提供技术支撑。

In view of the problems that the lagging policy of food waste collection and transportation and treatment subsidies in Shanghai may lead to the mismatching between the business performance of relevant enterprises and the development of market economy, which may further affect the healthy development of food waste recycling treatment market, 18 food waste collection and transportation companies in Shanghai were investigated.Based on analyzing the current operation situation of typical food waste collection and transportation companies in Shanghai and calculating the operation cost of collection and transportation companies at the same time, with reference to the current collection and transportation subsidy policies and management measures, this paper gives suggestions on the subsidy scheme for the collection, transportation and disposal of food waste in Shanghai, which provides a research basis for the adjustment of the subsidy policy of food waste in Shanghai.
