废橡胶颗粒对磷建筑石膏性能的影响研究

摘要 本试验研究了废橡胶颗粒在不同掺量下对磷建筑石膏的强度与凝结时间的影响,并分析了废橡胶颗粒的作用机理。试验结果表明:随着废橡胶颗粒掺量的不断增加,磷建筑石膏的绝干抗折强度、绝干抗压强度、初凝时间和终凝时间均不断下降,当废橡胶颗粒的掺量为10%时,绝干抗折强度为3.5MPa,下降了43.5%;绝干抗压强度为7.2MPa,下降了44.2%;初凝时间为11min,下降了15.4%;终凝时间为27.8min,相下降了10.3%。
