硝苯地平联合酚妥拉明与硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病疗效分析

Nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的:探讨硝苯地平联合酚妥拉明与硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效。方法:选取100例妊娠期高血压患者,对照组接受硫酸镁治疗,研究组联合应用硝苯地平与酚妥拉明治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组各凝血功能指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组NE-κB、PTX3及CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产妇及胎儿各不良结局的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合酚妥拉明与硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压患者的治疗具有积极作用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods:100 patients with gestational hypertension were selected.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the study group was treated with nifedipine and phentolamine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the coagulation function indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NE-κB,PTX3 and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate can effectively improve the effect of blood pressure control,which is worthy of promotion and application in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
