无创助产技术在阴道分娩中的临床疗效

Clinical effect of noninvasive midwifery in vaginal delivery

目的:分析阴道分娩中无创助产技术的应用效果。方法:采用整群抽样法抽选2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的阴道分娩产妇共98例进行研究,依据随机数表法将其中49例纳入对照组(予以常规助产),余下49例纳入观察组(予以无创助产),统计并比较两组分娩时及产后2h的出血量和会阴水肿、会阴裂伤及新生儿窒息的发生情况。结果:观察组分娩时及产后2h的出血量比对照组更少,会阴水肿、会阴裂伤及新生儿窒息的发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:阴道分娩中加以无创助产技术效果显著,能减少产妇会阴裂伤及水肿的出现,减少分娩时及产后的出血量,改善母婴分娩结局。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of noninvasive midwifery in vaginal delivery.Methods:A total of 98 cases of vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected by cluster sampling method.According to the random number table method,49 cases were included in the control group(given routine midwifery),and the remaining 49 cases were included in the observation group(given non-invasive midwifery).The blood loss,perineal edema,perineal laceration and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups The occurrence of interest.Results:The amount of bleeding during delivery and 2 hours after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the incidence of perineal edema,perineal laceration and neonatal asphyxia was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of noninvasive midwifery in vaginal delivery is significant,which can reduce the occurrence of perineal laceration and edema,reduce the amount of bleeding during and after delivery,and improve the outcome of maternal and infant delivery.
