优质护理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用观察

Application of high quality nursing in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection and supply center

目的:探讨消毒供应中心手术器械管理中运用优质护理的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月至2019年12月本院消毒供应中心的手术器械20000件为研究对象,其中2019年1月至6月运用常规护理的10000件为对照组,而2019年7月至12月运用优质护理的10000件为观察组,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组的清洗消毒及灭菌合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,与对照组相比,观察组的手术室医师满意度高,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过将优质护理运用在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中,不仅可以提高清洗消毒合格率,还能增强医师满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods:20000 pieces of surgical instruments from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital disinfection supply center were selected as the research objects,among them,10000 pieces that received routine care from January 2019 to June 2019 were the control group,and other 10000 pieces who received high quality care from July 2019 to December 2019 were the observation group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The qualified rate of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).At the same time,compared with the control group,the satisfaction of operating room physicians in the observation group was higher,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center can not only improve the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,but also enhance the satisfaction of physicians.
