摘要 大港南部油田井下分注的主体工艺技术,随着其规模的逐步扩大,腐蚀结垢井、稠油井的测调难题日益凸显。为了提高大港油田非均质砂岩油藏的分注效果及注水合格率,减少验封测调工作量,开发并应用了无缆智能分注技术。该技术可远程实时读取井下智能配水器采集的各层注水流量、温度和压力等数据,并可实时调整各分层配水器水嘴开度大小,轻松完成验封测调工作;在保障分注井注水合格率,减少验封测调工作量的同时,也能够为油藏的分析评价提供大量的数据支撑。文中介绍了有缆智能分注技术的特点、关键工具和施工辅助装置等,并分析评价了无缆智能分注井的应用效果。受益井组见效率达100%,累计节支创效665万元,降本增效显著。无缆智能分注技术能够有效提高水驱采收率,助力油藏精细注水,具有较高的推广应用价值。 The main technology of downhole separate injection in Dagang South Oilfield,but with the gradual expansion of scale,the problem of measurement and adjustment of corrosion and scaling wells and heavy oil wells has become increasingly prominent.In order to improve the separate injection effect and water injection qualification rate of heterogeneous sandstone reservoir in Dagang Oilfield,and reduce the amount of sealing test and adjustment,the wireless intelligent separate injection technology is developed and applied.The technology can read the water injection flow rate,temperature and pressure data of each layer collected by the intelligent water distributor,and adjust the opening of the water nozzle of each layer in real time,so as to easily complete the sealing,testing and adjusting work.It can guarantee the qualified rate of water injection in separate injection wells,reduce the work of sealing,testing and adjusting,and provide a lot of data support for the analysis and evaluation of the reservoir.This paper introduces the characteristics,key tools and construction auxiliary devices of intelligent separate injection technology with cable,and analyzes and evaluates the application effect of intelligent separate injection well without cable.The efficiency of benefit well group is 100%,the accumulated cost is 6.65 million yuan,the cost is reduced and the efficiency is remarkable.The wireless intelligent separate injection technology can effectively improve the water drive recovery and assist the fine water injection in the reservoir.It has high popularization and application value.The successful application of the technology has laid the foundation for the digital intelligent application of the oilfield.
