乳腺组织标志物及其在乳腺癌新辅助治疗中的应用

Breast tissue markers and their application in neoadjuvant therapy of breast cancer

摘要 新辅助治疗(neoadjuvanttherapy,NAT)指对未发现远处转移的乳腺癌患者,在手术治疗或手术加放射治疗前,以全身系统性治疗作为乳腺癌患者治疗的第一步。随着医学的不断进步,NAT已经不是单一的新辅助化疗,还包含新辅助靶向治疗及新辅助内分泌治疗,其主要作用是使患者的原发恶性肿瘤及转移淋巴结缩小,降低临床分期,使部分患者获得保乳或手术治疗的机会.
