亚湿热气候下充电设备的环境失效研究与评价标准 被引量:1

摘要 针对充电设备在亚湿热气候下开展环境失效研究并制定评价标准,系统总结亚湿热环境下充电设备内外大气及内部电子元器件服役环境特征及变化规律,确定影响充电设备环境失效的主要环境因素以及作用机理,开发出充电设备在亚湿热环境适应性分析量化评价方法以及充电设备内外关键部件的人工加速试验方法,提出充电设备整机与零部件的环境适应性技术要求。制定了《亚湿热环境下的新能源汽车充电设备技术规范》,该技术规范规定了亚湿热环境下的新能源汽车充电设备的安装使用场景分类、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则。目标在于评价亚湿热环境下新能源汽车充电设备的环境适应性、节能要求、电磁兼容要求和特殊性能要求。解决我国充电设备在亚湿热气候下的缺乏设计和选材依据、质量测试评价方法缺失的问题,为充电设备质量提升和建设应用提供了技术支撑。 Aiming at the environmental failure of charging equipment in sub humid and hot climate,the environmental characteristics and change rules of internal and external atmosphere and internal electronic components of charging equipment in sub humid and hot climate are systematically summarized,and the main environmental factors and action mechanism affecting the environmental failure of charging equipment are determined.The quantitative evaluation method for the adaptability of charging equipment in sub humid and hot environment and the manual accelerated test method for the key components inside and outside the charging equipment are developed,and the technical requirements for the environmental adaptability of the whole charging equipment and parts are put forward.The technical specification for new energy vehicle charging equipment in sub humid and hot environment is formulated,which specifies the installation and use scenario classification,technical requirements,test methods and inspection rules of new energy vehicle charging equipment in sub humid and hot environment.The goal is to evaluate the environmental adaptability,energy saving requirements,electromagnetic compatibility requirements and special performance requirements of new energy vehicle charging equipment in sub humid and hot environment.To solve the problems of lack of design and material selection basis and quality test and evaluation method of charging equipment in sub humid and hot climate in China,it provides technical support for the quality improvement and construction application of charging equipment.
