摘要
为了有效解决由于汽车电气控制系统复杂化程度提高而带来故障率提升的问题,本文基于控制器局域网络对汽车电气控制系统(包括汽车电器控制系统和智能仪表控制系统)进行了设计,并提出了系统故障管理模块方案。结果表明,汽车电器控制系统和智能仪表控制系统都适宜于采用模块化设计,独立通过模块控制系统进行驱动,二者可以在电气控制系统中协同工作。基于汽车电器控制系统和智能仪表控制系统的系统故障管理模块的形成,可以实现汽车电气控制系统的自动诊断,并在实际设计与生产过程中应用。
In order to effectively solve the problem of fault rate improvement caused by the increasing complexity of automotive electrical control system,this paper designs automotive electrical control system (including automotive electrical control system and intelligent instrument control system) based on controller area network,and puts forward the scheme of system fault management module.The results show that both automotive electrical control system and intelligent instrument control system are suitable for modular design,and they can work together in the electrical control system.The formation of system fault management module based on automobile electrical control system and intelligent instrument control system can realize the automatic diagnosis of automobile electrical control system and be applied in the actual design and production process.
