摘要
本文研究了汽车生产制造的趋势由大批量单一车型向小批量,多车型转变,为了满足消费者的个性和定制化需求,以及提高汽车厂的市场竞争力,目前主流主机厂不断增加新车型的投入以及缩短制造周期,加快不同车型在市场的投入,加快车型的更新,然而在加快车型的投入同时也要更加保证整车的尺寸和焊接精度。最后总结出了柔性总拼工位(Flex Frame Station)可以满足当前的汽车制造需求。
The trend of automobile manufacturing has changed from a large number of single models to small batches and multiple models.In order to meet the individuality and customization needs of consumers,and to improve the market competitiveness of automobile factories,the current mainstream OEMs are increasing the investment and shortening of new models.The manufacturing cycle accelerates the investment of different models in the market and speeds up the renewal of the models.However,in order to speed up the investment of the models,the size and welding accuracy of the entire vehicle must be ensured.The Flex Frame Station is designed and manufactured to meet current needs.
