基于GPU加速的新能源主配网概率随机模糊潮流计算方法 被引量:1

A Calculation Method for Probabilistic Stochastic Fuzzy Power Flow of New Energy Main and Distribution Networks Based on GPU Acceleration

摘要 大量分布式电源(DG)和电动汽车(EV)接入配电网,增加了主配网间的电能交互,传统的主配网相互独立的潮流计算方法不再适用。考虑DG和EV的充放电功率的随机模糊性,提出基于GPU加速的新能源主配网概率随机模糊潮流计算方法。该方法首先采用改进的随机模糊模拟抽样法(SFSLHS)进行抽取分布式电源出力和电动汽车的充电功率,其次利用主从分裂法将主配网概率随机模糊潮流计算问题分解为主网概率随机模糊潮流计算子问题、配网概率随机模糊潮流计算子问题和边界节点状态变量匹配子问题,并采用基于GPU加速的牛顿-拉夫逊法对主网概率随机模糊潮流子问题进行求解。采用前推回代法对配电网概率随机模糊潮流计算进行求解,最后通过边界节点的电压以及主配网间交互功率来实现考虑分布式电源和电动汽车随机模糊性的主配网概率随机模糊潮流计算,并以IEEE-33系统为算例进行计算分析,验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。 As connection of a large number of distributed energy(DG)and electric vehicles(EV)into the distribution network increases the energy interaction between the main and distribution networks,the traditional power flow calculation method mutually independent of the main and distribution networks is no longer applicable. Considering the randomness and fuzziness of distributed energy output and charging and discharging power of EVs,this paper proposes a probabilistic stochastic fuzzy power flow calculation method based on GPU acceleration for the main and distribution networks containing new energy. This method, first of all, uses the improved stochastic fuzzy simulation sampling method based on Latin hypercube(SFSLHS)to sample the output of the DG and charging and discharging power of EVs;second,the masterslave splitting method is used to divide the calculation issue into the sub-problem of probabilistic stochastic fuzzy power flow calculation for the main network and the sub-problem of probabilistic stochastic fuzzy power flow calculation for the distribution network as well as the sub-problem of the boundary node state variable matching. The Newton-Raphson method based on GPU acceleration is used to solve the probabilistic stochastic fuzzy power flow subproblem for the main network while the forward and backward sweep method is used to solve the probabilistic stochastic fuzzy power flow subproblem for the distribution network. Finally, based on the voltage of the boundary nodes and the interaction power between the main distribution network,the probability stochastic fuzzy power flow calculation of the main and distribution networks considering the uncertainty of distributed energy and EVs is realized. Taking an IEEE-33 system as an example,the validity of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper is verified.
