摘要
Y型蜂窝分子筛经NH_(4)^(+)离子交换除Na^(+)、高温水热处理脱铝改性,得到疏水性能良好的蜂窝状分子筛,采用比表面积分析仪、X荧光光谱仪(XRF)对改性前后样品的比表面积和元素组成进行表征,研究了改性前后样品对对二甲苯的吸附性能。结果表明,经过NH_(4)^(+)交换-高温水热处理后的样品由于疏水性能提高,对对二甲苯的吸附速度明显提高,床层穿透时间明显延长,适用于在高湿度条件下对苯系物等的吸附净化。
Y-type honeycomb molecular sieves were modified by NH_(4)^+ ion exchange to remove Na^(+),and high temperature hydrothermal treatment to remove Al.The honeycomb molecular sieves with good hydrophobic properties were obtained.The specific surface area and elemental composition of the samples before and after modification were characterized by specific surface area analyzer and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF).The adsorptive properties of the samples before and after modification were studied.The results show that the sample after NH_(4)^(+) exchange-high temperature hydrothermal treatment can improve the adsorption rate of p-xylene and prolong the bed penetration time due to the improvement of hydrophobic property.It is suitable for the adsorption and purification of benzene series under high humidity conditions.
