摘要
以双氯磺酰亚胺(HClSI)为原料,氟盐作氟化剂,经成盐、氟化、阳离子交换3步可得纯度99%的电解液用锂盐双氟磺酰亚胺锂(LiFSI)。用该法制备LiFSI具备工艺简单、收率高、后处理简单、副产物可循环利用、生产成本低、环保等优点。经NMR、LC-MS、AAS等表征,得以NaF为氟化剂不仅氟化效果好、价格便宜,还易与锂型分子筛(Li-LSX)阳离子交换,LiFSI收率达95.2%。
Lithium bifluorosulfonylimide(LiFSI)is a kind of lithium salt with a purity of 99%can be obtained by dichlorosulfimide(HClSI)as raw material and fluorine as fluoride agent from salty,fluorine and cation exchange three steps.The preparation of LiFSI by this method has the advantages of simple process,high conversion rate,simple post-processing,recyclable by-product and low cost.NaF as fluoride agent was not only good in fluorination property,cheap in price,but also easy to realize cation exchange with lithium molecular sieve(Li-LSX)and the yield of LiFSI reaching 95.2%,which characterized by NMR,LC-MS,AAS and experimental studies.
