摘要
以拜耳法赤泥为原料,通过硫酸恒温浸出,真空过滤,回收赤泥中钪元素。并且考察温度、浸出剂浓度、浸出时间对其的影响。结果表明,温度升高可提高浸出率;硫酸浓度为4 mol/L时浸出率最高;浸出时间增加,浸出率增加,并在2 h后增加幅度减小。在T=363.15 K,硫酸浓度为4 mol/L,浸出2 h的条件下,钪的回收率最高,为85.8%。
Using Bayer red mud as raw material to recover scandium from red mud by sulfuric acid leaching.In addition,the effect of temperature on the leaching rate of scandium was investigated first,and after determining the temperature,the effects of different sulfuric acid concentration and leaching time on the leaching rate of scandium were investigated,and the experimental conditions for the highest leaching rate of scandium were determined by combining the three experimental results.The results showed that the recovery of scandium was the highest,which was 85.8%when the concentration of sulfuric acid was 4 mol/L and the concentration of sulfuric acid was 363.15 K and the leaching time was 2 h.
