摘要
开展基础学科拔尖创新人才培养计划是我国建设世界主要科学中心和思想高地的重要举措,必须坚决贯彻落实立德树人根本任务.通过对16所实施基础学科拔尖计划高校拔尖培养计划学生德育现状调查研究发现,学生的道德取向与社会主义核心价值观高度契合,德育成效显著,但仍存在一定程度的使命教育不足、物质主义价值观流行、实践能力弱、重知轻德、唯成绩论等问题.提出了强化理想信念与使命担当教育、构建德智体美劳一体的参与式德育教育体系的对策建议,为新时期加强和提升高校基础学科拔尖创新人才德育水平提供依据和参考.
Carrying out top-notch innovative talents training program in basic disciplines is an important measure for China to build the world′s major scientific center and ideological highland.A study of students′moral education conditions in 16 universities,which had implemented the training program,found that students′moral orientation was highly consistent with the core values of Chinese socialism,and the moral education had significant achievements.However,this study also found that there existed many problems such as lack of mission education,popularity of materialism,poor practice ability,emphasized knowledge with despised morality,and only achievement theory in the program.So,authors suggested that universities should pay attention to ideal fait and mission education and make effort to construct a participatory education system embodying moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor.This study provides basis and reference for evaluating students′moral education level of top-notch innovative talents in basic disciplines in colleges and universities in the new era.
