中医药教育中美国际合作分析与平台构建 被引量:3

摘要 中医影响力的提升推动中医教育国际合作的蓬勃发展。加州大学洛杉矶分校(University of California,Los Angeles,UCLA)东西医学中心(Center for East-West Medicine,CEWM)与中美两国中医药机构保持深度合作,认识到双方可以通过优势互补共同推动中医药教育的发展。利用与湖北中医药大学合作建立国家中医药管理局支持的“中医药高等院校教学和管理人员海外交流基地”的契机,CEWM邀请中美两国中医药院校参加“中医药教育国际合作论坛”。文中通过分析各方资料,厘清了中美两国中医药院校在学校发展趋势、人才培养资源契合度、科研资源匹配度、学位体系互补性等方面的优势和需求,提出基于信息支持的中医药教育国际交流策略。进而汇通各方资源,完善工作机制,构建链接UCLA、国内中医药高校、美国知名中医院校的专业化中医教育国际合作平台。希望此学术平台能纳入更多国内外中医教育机构,充分发挥各自所长,促进中医药教育的国际合作,培养更多符合现代医疗卫生体系需求的中医药人才。 The increasing influence of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)facilitates international cooperation in TCM education.The Center for East-West Medicine(CEWM)of the University of California,Los Angeles(UCLA)maintains close academic relationship with relevant Chinese medicine institutions in both China and the United States,recognizing that both sides can make concerted efforts to promote worldwide development through their complementary advantages.This article analyzes conference materials submitted by various stakeholders of TCM education in two countries and discusses how complementary advantages on both sides can promote better TCM education.Taking advantage of the opportunity of cooperating with Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to establish the“Overseas Exchange Base for Teaching and Administrative Personnel in Higher Education Institutions of Chinese Medicine”supported by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,CEWM invited Chinese and American universities of Chinese medicine to participate in the“International Cooperation Forum on Chinese Medicine Education”.Based on the analysis of various data,the article clarifies the advantages and needs of the Chinese and American TCM schools in terms of school development trends,talent training resources,matching of scientific research resources,and degree system complementarity,and proposes information-based Chinese medicine.This article proposes to build an international exchange strategy for medical education.In turn,we will link all resources,improve the working mechanism,build a professional TCM education international cooperation platform linking UCLA,domestic TCM universities,and well-known TCM schools in the United States,and improve the corresponding working mechanism.At the end,the authors hope that this academic platform can include more domestic and foreign Chinese medicine education institutions,and give full play to their respective strengths to promote international cooperation for training the new generation of TCM talents that meet the needs of the current healthcare systems.
