技术跃迁与创新生态环境要素关系的实证分析 被引量:7

摘要 [目的/意义]技术跃迁与创新生态环境具有密切联系,对于发现产业技术变革方向和制定技术创新规划具有重要意义。从创新信息增长、创新协作程度、技术融合程度等要素维度,对技术跃迁过程的影响关系进行探索,从而为加快新兴产业技术跃迁进程提供支撑。[方法/过程]以高铁轨道技术为例,结合多段技术生命周期分析识别了具有技术跃迁特征的专利,并在此基础上运用Derwent数据库中的专利数据和相关专利统计指标对创新生态环境的各要素进行测度。构建二元Logistic回归模型,展开实证分析对上述影响关系进行检验。[结果/结论]实证分析结果显示,技术领域中发明人合作及申请人合作的共同存在,以及下位技术结构之间是否发生实质性融合,是影响技术跃迁进程的关键因素。 [Purpose/Significance]Technological transition is closely related to the innovation ecological environment,which is of great significance to the discovery of new technological growth trends and innovation strategy planning.From the perspective of innovation information growth,innovation collaboration degree and technology integration degree,the paper explores the influence mechanism of technology transition process,providing support for accelerating the process of technology transition of emerging industries.[Method/Process]By taking the high-speed rail technology as an example,this paper identifies the patents with technical transition characteristics based on the multiple technology life-cycle analysis,measures the factors of innovation ecological environment by applying the patent data in Derwent database and corresponding patent indicators.Moreover,this paper constructs an empirical model of binary logistic regression to test the above influence relationships.[Result/Conclusion]The results of empirical analysis show that the co-existence of inventors'cooperation and applicants'cooperation in the technology field,as well as the substantial integration between the subordinate technical structures are the key factors affecting the process of technology transition.
