摘要
[目的/意义]以“中美贸易战”事件为例,研究了用户身份和事件主题在情绪表达上的差异,有助于舆情部门加强对网络情绪的认识,为网络情绪管理提供有效途径。[方法/过程]爬取关于“中美贸易战”事件的微博数据,识别微博用户的身份,提取微博数据的主题,并对数据进行情绪分类、计算情绪强度,采用Logistic回归模型和方差分析的方法分析情绪表达差异。[结果/结论]在中美贸易战事件中,微博情绪表达存在差异,体现在以下两点:不同身份的用户在表达情绪概率和强度上都存在差异。普通用户在表达情绪上更保守,媒体用户在表达情绪上更开放,政府用户相对谨慎;不同主题中微博的情绪强度存在差异。对于描述客观事实、参与门槛高的主题,用户的情绪表达意愿和强度较低,而与用户生活息息相关的主题,更能引起用户表达强烈情绪的意愿。
[Purpose/Significance]This study takes the"Sino US trade war"event as an example to study the differences in emotional expression between user identity and event theme,which is helpful for public opinion departments to strengthen the understanding of online emotions and provide an effective way for online emotion management.[Method/Process]Crawling the microblog data about the"Sino US trade war"incident,identifying the identity of microblog users,extracting the theme of microblog data,and classifying the data and calculating the emotional intensity,this study uses logistic regression model and analysis of variance to analyze the differences in emotional expression.[Result/Conclusion]There are differences in the emotional expression of microblog in the Sino US trade war,which are reflected in the following two aspects:There are differences in the probability and intensity of expressing emotions among different identities of users.Ordinary users are more conservative in expressing their emotions,media users are more open in expressing their emotions,and government users are relatively cautious.There are differences in the emotional intensity of microblogs in different topics.For the topics that describe objective facts and have a high threshold of participation,users'willingness and intensity of emotional expression are low,while topics that are closely related to users'life can cause users'willingness to express strong emotions.
