摘要 《细胞生物化学》课程是以生物化学和细胞功能调控为基础,特别强调理论联系实际研究的一门专业必修课程。以《细胞生物化学》课程为载体,从教学内容、教学方法及考核手段等多方面进行优化,并加入研究实例分析、翻转课堂和课题研讨等环节,开展研究性教学模式的改革和探索,旨在养成学生主动学习、积极思考、勤于动手的习惯和能力,亦为培养具有创新性思维及解决实际问题能力的生物化学科研人才提供思路和借鉴。 Sino-foreign education cooperation has become more popular in recent years.Improving the quality of education and training the innovative and international talents now are the key concerns of this kind of educational cooperation.Cellular Biochemistry is one of the core courses on both sides of the Sino-Australia cooperative education program.It is a compulsory course based on the knowledge of biochemistry and cell function regulation,with special emphasis on practical research experience.Therefore,cellular biochemistry course becomes the best platform to explore the research teaching model and to provide ideas for the cultivation of international talents with innovative thinking and the ability to solve practical problems.Current research teaching reform optimizes teaching content,teaching methods and ways of assessment.In addition,this reform introduces research case analysis,flipping classroom and subject discussion.We aim to cultivate the good habits of active learning and the practical ability,so as to lay a solid foundation for the growth of innovative research talents.
