新时代青年观视域下高校学生管理工作改革思路探索

Reform of College Student Management from the Perspective of Youth Concept in the New Era

社会主义新时代青年观是马克思主义青年观在新时代的传承发展,既有世界观又有方法论,有助于提高高校学生管理工作的针对性和先进性。在当前教育背景下高校学生管理工作中存在工作理念缺乏服务性、工作模式柔性化不足、管理策略教条化明显等问题,成为影响高校学生管理工作效果的重要障碍。因此,应当以新时代青年观为指导思想,树立以服务为中心的管理工作理念,建构以对话式的柔性管理工作模式,开展以学生为中心的管理工作实践,推动高校学生管理工作创新与改革。

The new youth concept in the new socialist era is the inheritance and development of Marx’s youth view in the new era.It has both the world outlook and methodology,and helps to improve the pertinence and advanced nature of student management in universities.Under the current educational background,there are some problems in the management of college students,such as the lack of service concept,the lack of flexibility of work mode,and the obvious dogmatization of management strategies,which have become an important obstacle to the effect of college student management.Therefore,we should take the concept of youth in the new era as the guiding ideology,establish a service-oriented management concept,construct a dialogue based flexible management mode,carry out student-centered management practice,and promote the innovation and reform of college student management.
