摘要
文章从某电力设计院有限公司的核心竞争力分析入手,运用SWOT分析方法对公司的内外部环境以及自身的优势、劣势等情况进行了全面的分析,得出公司具有一定的行业资源优势和竞争力优势,从而对双循环战略下的公司核心竞争力再提升提出建议,需要适应能源转型、融入新发展格局、引领新技术创新,进一步完善公司的核心竞争力,进而实现公司的创新发展、高质量发展、可持续发展。通过文章的研究,不仅为该公司提供了可行的核心竞争力提升方案,而且对于提升电力企业的核心竞争力也提供了有价值的参考,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
This paper applies SWOT and make a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment,strength and weakness of an electric power design institute and confirms that the company has advantages in industry resources and competitiveness.It then puts forward some suggestions for promoting the core competitiveness under the dual cycle strategy,such as adapting to energy transformation,incorporating into the new development pattern,leading new technology innovation,to realize the company′s innovative,quality and sustainable development.In a word,the research not only provides a feasible core competitiveness enhancement scheme for the company,but also preference for other power enterprises,which is of important theoretical and practical significance.
