动画模拟结合PBL翻转课堂在免疫检验教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨动画模拟结合PBL翻转课堂在免疫检验教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年滨州医学院附属医院见习的临床检验专业学生53人,随机分为试验组及对照组,试验组采用动画模拟结合PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较两组学生的总成绩、理论考试成绩、实验操作成绩、平时成绩,并对试验组学生进行动画模拟的问卷调查。结果试验组与对照组的理论考核成绩、实验考核成绩、平时成绩相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。试验组总体成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。对试验组模拟动画教学进行调查问卷,结果显示全部学生认为其能提高理解记忆能力,88.46%的学生认为其有助于加强师生交流沟通,84.62%学生认为其可以调动学习积极性,96.15%的学生认为其可以增进理论知识与实验操作的结合,88.46%学生认为其可以提高学习能力和学习效率,全体学生对基于动画模拟的免疫学教学模式表示满意。结论动画模拟教学合PBL翻转课堂提高了学生的抽象理解能力和交流沟通能力,在一定程度上提高了学习的积极性和学习效率。 Objective This research is to study the application value of combining animation simulation with PBL flipped classroom in immune test teaching.Methods 53 clinical laboratory students in Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College in 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted the animation simulation combined with PBL teaching mode,while the control group employed traditional teaching mode.The total scores,theoretical examination scores,experimental operation scores and usual scores of the two groups were compared,and the students in the experimental group were asked to finish the animation simulation questionnaire.Results There were no statistical differences of theoretical examination,experimental examination and usual performance were found between two groups(P>0.05).The overall score of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire show that all the students in the experimental group think it can improve the ability of understanding and memory,88.46%students think it can help to strengthen the communication between teachers and students,84.62%students think it can motivate their learning enthusiasm,96.15%students think it can improve the combination of theoretical knowledge and experimental operation,and 88.46%students think it can improve their learning ability and efficiency.All students are satisfied with the teaching mode of immunology based on animation simulation.Conclusion This combined teaching combined improves students'abstract understanding and communication abilities,and their learning enthusiasm and efficiency.
