摘要 目的观察PBL联合LBL教学模式在皮肤科护理教学中的应用效果。方法择取本院皮肤科在2019年1月—2020年1月接收的实习护生84例作为研究对象,按照数字表排序的方式分为两组,每组有42例。其中,以传统病案分析教学法(LBL)进行教学的实习护生作为对照组;以传统病案分析教学法(LBL)联合以问题为基础的新型教学方法(PBL)进行教学的实习护生42例作为观察组。对两组护生的教学效果与满意度进行评估。结果观察组实习护生的理论水平、操作水平相较于对照组更高;观察组实习护生对教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取PBL联合LBL模式进行皮肤科护理教学,能够提高提高实习护生的理论水平与操作能力,优化其对教学模式满意度。 Objective To observe the effect of PBL combined with LBL in dermatology nursing teaching.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,84 nursing students accepted by Department of dermatology in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into 2 groups according to the order of digital table,with 42 cases in each group.Among them,the traditional case analysis teaching method(LBL)was used as the control group;the traditional case analysis teaching method(LBL)combined with the new problem-based teaching method(PBL)was used as the observation group.The teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the theory level and operation level of the observation group were higher,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined with LBL model can improve the theoretical level and operation ability of nursing students,and optimize their satisfaction with the teaching model.
