摘要 目的探索问题导向(PBL)联合案例教学法在老年病科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月—2020年1月在本院老年病科实习的护生56名作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用了PBL联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,对两组护生的出科考成绩(包括理论考核、护理病历的书写和沟通能力)进行分析比较。结果研究组理论、护理病历的书写成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组护生沟通能力的评分不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论将PBL联合案例分析教学法应用在老年病科护理教学中能提高护生病历书写和理论知识掌握水平,达到培养护生临床思维和解决实际问题能力的教学目标。 Objective To explore the application effects of combining PBL and case teaching method in geriatrics department of nursing teaching.Methods 56 nursing interns who worked in our department from August 2018 to January 2020 were chosen as research object.28 nursing interns were randomly chosen as research group which was taught in PBL combined case teaching method,and the rest were chosen as control group which was taught in traditional teaching method.Comparing the grades of theories tests and nursing records writing as well as communication skills between two groups.Results The research group’s grades of theories tests and nursing records writing apparently higher than the control group(P<0.05).However,this study hasn’t shown any statistical differences in communicating skills between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined case teaching which was used in geriatrics department significantly upgrades the nursing interns’practice of theories and the skills of nursing record writing,which improved nursing interns’problem solving skills and clinical thinking.
